I come from Piedmont but I have an international background.
Since I was a child I always loved cooking, as well as all smells and tastes in the world of cuisine.
I have lived and worked in 3 different continents, in a pizzeria in a small village
as well as for the most famous brands of the catering industry.
Now I have my own restaurant that perfectly embodies my life philosophy
and personal idea of cuisine.
A place full of history and stories to be told, where I will present you all ideas
and tastes that characterized and influenced my personal and professional growt.
